SHIPPING POLICY

We carefully package each order to ensure your candles arrive safely and beautifully.

 

Shipping within Canada

We currently ship within Canada only.

    •    Flat Rate Shipping: $25 CAD

    •    Free Shipping: On orders of $125 CAD or more (before taxes)

 

Shipping rates apply to standard delivery across Canada.

 

 

Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

During seasonal launches or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

 

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

 

Delivery Time

 

Delivery times vary by location but typically range between 2–8 business days after shipment within Canada.

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

 

 

Local Pickup

 

Local pickup may be available. Details will be provided at checkout if applicable.

 

 

Incorrect Address

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

 

Due to the handcrafted nature of our beeswax candles, we accept returns on unused and unlit items only within 14 days of delivery.

 

To be eligible for a return:

    •    The candle must be unused and unlit

    •    It must be in its original packaging

    •    Proof of purchase is required

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    •    Your order number

    •    Clear photos of the item and packaging

 

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

    •    Used or lit candles

    •    Custom or personalized orders

    •    Sale items

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
